Govberg Jewelers Jewelers can ship to most addresses in the United States (excluding P.O. Boxes). Please contact us about international shipping.
Orders placed on govbergjewelers.com before 3pm Monday-Friday will be processed for delivery that day. Orders placed after 3pm Monday-Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. Some exceptions include holidays and product availability.
- Standard Shipping- Delivered in 4-7 business days
- Overnight- Delivered on the next business day.
- 2nd Day- Delivered in two business days.
We stand behind everything we sell. Upon presentation of a sales receipt, we will gladly exchange, return or adjust the purchase price within 7-days from the date of purchase, provided the item has not been worn and is in it’s original package. All sales are final after 7-days.
All sales for special orders and custom made items are final sales. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds permitted. Promotional and sale items are final sales.
